Not directed to you Pat,

People, anyone could have called the TA over the last month and found out about the extra shares. Yet, the stock price has steadily risen over the last month despite the extra shares. The majority of investors in TSIG are not dumb people, and if the increased share count is bad, the stock price should have surely dropped by now.

Now, only a few days before the launch of the new web site, this share count issue is brought up. My opinion is that there are scumbags like momentum players, day-traders, or such (it's obvious who they are without naming names) that are probably working together to scare weak investors into selling right before the web site GRAND REOPENING.

My point is that if you believe in TSIG, their management and business concept (which shouldn't be difficult in light of all the press releases), then don't let a bunch of low-lifers scare you into selling your shares to them.

I have no doubt in my mind this company will be huge in the near future and strong shareholders will be justly rewarded.
