I have heard of possibilities like these. But never believed it could happen. Who ever would be the one with the bad comments would they not be open for a lawsuit? Apparently they would be smart enough ???to cover themselves.

How does the following work?: "A lot of times they end up way short by filling orders during an advance"
The way I understand this is that when the stock moves they sell it at the moving price but really don't have the stock to sell to the buyer? What would they do if a person would ask for the certificates?

Interesting. I must admit I had hoped for a fast run and making good money but now I am in the red. Do you or anyone else know when they are reporting their earnings?
