Greg,

You have been following this stock for a long time and you used to work for LTX so you know everything there is to know. My question to you is why do still follow this dog?
LTX has consistently under performed its competitors, especially TER. The balance sheets are horrendous at best and with all that debt that has accumulated over the years many institutional investors will not be fooled into buying this stock again.
Roger has really screwed up this time. He's betting everything on a single product line in which there is no present market. To make matters worse the new tester Fusion is mostly a Delta with Synchro instruments bolted on.
First of all, the Delta was a complete failure and it made people at CMOS look like geniuses because they were kicking LTX's butt. The Delta is infamous as being 'inferior and over-priced'. The enVision++ software being used on the Fusion is even more complicated than enVision was on the Delta, and nobody really likes it.
This whole system on a chip tester is nonsense. TER is designing a whole new tester from scratch. LTX takes a bad tester and makes it even worse by slapping operating systems together and putting Fusion stickers on Delta systems. Customers have not been fooled, that's why there have been no major sales as of yet, just one or two testers here and there.
Roger is clueless and as long as he's running the show this stock is going nowhere.
