Hi David. The Oil sector bullish percent is down to 12.5. Other than last October, you have to go back about ten years to see it this low. This means that it has tremendous upside once it turns. XLE is on my radar screen. Just waiting for the reversal whether it be next week or in six months from now. It could be like shooting fish in a barrel! Best Regards, Dick
