Yep! Interesting they released to the employees first, or may only be that release got on the internet first.

Well, I did tell you $17 was cheap. Let's face it, they turned down the LSI deal last summer, and that was in the midst of the second leg of a double dip semiconductor recession. For two months I was beating the drums and howling into the wind about how positive the VLSI outlook had recently become, and maybe the company will finally begin to transmit some of this in a proper manner to the street now as well.

I still believe $35 is fair value.
Nobody is interested in buying LSI Logic, and their stock is already at 3X sales... Jim
