Bill, I do not quite agree with you. IDTC does have an internet presence since it has an ISP business. IDTC also has a family of internet products: Net2Phone and others. Internet business is the hidden value which has not reflected in IDTC's share value, only making IDTC share value lower due to loss. This is exactly where the spinoff comes. It is IDTC's CEO and Board's best interest to make the spinoff happen. Re value of IDTC's core telecom business, I see IDTC is the most undervalued as compared to PGEX and STRX.
