All gold producers are at the mercy of the POG. What I was wondering about is why BHK is dropping compared to XAU. It seems to me that BHK has been both increasing reserves and decreasing operating costs. That should be positive for determining NPV and an appropriate share price. I think BHK has a hedging program-maybe someone can comment on that.
I understand that the hurricane interfered with operations in Nicaragua for a certain period but the share price should be looking forward. Is there any reason why Black Hawk should not close the gap with the XAU. If there is not and if it does not, would that not make BHK a takeover target for some of the bigger sharks?

Even though Black Hawk is a producer, it also is exploring and expanding resources. One must take that into consideration. If ARP is worth $5.50 or $9.00 per share as some people claim. What is Black Hawk worth per share for proven and indicated reserves?
