Sword, you wouldn't know a fact if it came up and slapped you upside your head. The shares apportioned for the private placement have not been registered. The convertible securities covering the shares have not been registered. Your opinion is not based upon facts; it is based upon something that you believe to be true, something along the lines of "...no, it's not sex, it's..." Your opinion is just that, your opinion. Please don't try to pass it off as "being based upon facts." The only fact is, is that you picked up on another poster's information and completely blew his post out of proportion.
