OK, -this is a question- so, no matter what, at the end of this year, the plcop share will automatically be converted to 6 common shares of plco?? (and plcop is currently less than plco??) is this how it works? and what if you sell plcop before the end of the year (I assume it just trades like a regular stock)?

Is it possible that the company back out of this deal??
