These two reports indicate that earnings will be great going into next quarter but so would be the volatility, as fears of rate increase inches up so would be the market volatility..

We have been in this cycle many a times and I would like to think it is the earning prospects and not interest rates future in this globally weak economic environment that will dictate the market future.Suppliers deliviries and prices paid index the two important iflation indicators does not indicate any pricing pressure. A great leap in export orders is also very positive. It is non-inflationary growth prospect that has helped this market so far and in my opinion the basic story remains unchanged, with our daily support and resistanc's we are able not to get deeply whipsawed and we are focussed on 'Mother of all fundamentals' the economic fundmentals which indicate a blow out quarter of earnings going forward, one does not need to 'short' because he feel like 'shorting'! Look back at their posts in 97 and 98 at all points of big breaks these characters were calling for that big break, until inflation news are out and growth is solid the markets will exactly behave the way they have been behaving. Trending higher although backing and filling, a good trader takes full advantage of backing and filling move in an uptrending market..
The following report also indicates that US strong growth is important as Europe's GDP still remains slow.. UK needs more rate cuts! any rate cuts in Europe will lead to fast rising market..
