Say you used traditional valuation methods on the likes of YHOO EBAY..ect....what do you think they would have indicated a year ago?? I know a lot of smart people that lost a sh*t load of cash following this logic....one of my Finance professors (I'm a student at UC Peperdine) joked how over valued YHOO was with a market cap of $3.5BB...this was over a year ago.....he thought he was smart too.....we'll I think you know the rest of the story.
