No, I said that a fiduciary who is responsible for the investments of others has certain duties under the respective "prudent man investor acts" of the state he resides in. One of the key concepts under the law is that of "diversification" of assets.

It's entirely possible that having all your investments in one basket might stand up as diversification in somebody's book, but wouldn't it be wise to check with a securities lawyer in your home state to make sure?
