I would speculate that the big investors would have jumped ship today and asked questions later if they were afraid of this lawsuit. Earning, sales, and subscriber growth will fuel this rocket ship. The information we received from the H&Q conference indicate to me that subscriber growth will accelerate in the next 12-18 months. I'll paraphrase a prediction I think I read from Buffet_2000, $65 in the summer, $100 by the end of the year. Sam (perhaps a Berkshire Hathaway takeover isn't a bad idea -- I'll take a few shares of BH for each of my shares of CKFR)
