I live in st. louis where MTC has their world headquarters and i know many current and former employees. The main thing Shapiro needs is a cash cow to fund his "pet projects" with bio and genetic-something in their name...it sounds like DD has just that. The level of debt MTC has now is high and their pipeline is not real strong(from what I hear--could be wrong) One positive I hear over and over is that Celebrex is a real winner and it receives a great deal of good press in st. louis. I can't imagine MTC going solo that much further in the future. -Mike
