(BFLY) shares rose 20% Wednesday on anticipation of a planned appearance by the company's chief executive on CNBC Thursday, the company said. A spokeswoman for the New York-based Internet clothing retailer also said the company planned to make an announcement Thursday morning. She did not comment further. A CNBC spokeswoman confirmed the scheduled appearance Thursday of Bluefly Chief Executive Ken Seiff. The cable television financial news network has promoted the appearance on the air. Bluefly's stock recently was up 2 9/16, or 21%, at 14 3/4, on Nasdaq volume of 1 million shares. Average daily volume is 617,550. H
