well, a little more on the secondary is now out: biz.yahoo.com I guess we'll have to wait for the actual prospectus but I would like to know: which of the insiders are selling and what fraction of their position are they selling? is the underwriter D.A.Davidson well-known? (first time I hear about them...) my first reaction is that the dilution is minimal. I'm kind of wondering that this secondary is more of a vehicle to get DFX known to a wider (US) pool of investors than anything else. After all, at say 30$/share, DFX would net only about 25 000 000$ canadian, which is not huge. any opinions from the regular posters? cheers, Trilobyte
