You are so right Anthony <<< you must be a pain in the ass before they care one Iota.>>>>

I went long NSOL one day at the close and got a nice 25 point gapper the next morning. My market order placed before the opening bell , filled at 242 even though the stock opened at 259.

I almost fell off my chair. There was some selling but there were
upticks at 253 and 254 before it dropped further.

I got my proper fill a month later--after being a pain in their collective asses. It took innumerable phone calls and emails
to the ceo, VP and every broker and margin mgr I could find.

I finally contacted my brokers' mm, US Clearing, to start 'harrassing'
them since after all they are the ones who sat on my order 'til the
selling was all over.

Literally, while I was on the phone with US Clearing , my broker's
VP phoned me and said he'd give me the proper fill out of their coffers since US Clearing wouldn't fix it.

Do you know what his reasoning was?

I was costing them too many man hours discussing the matter! heeeeyaaaah!!!
