I am sure most have noticed how certain elements "come out of the woodwork" when there is some news that might cause some excitement and drive the stock price up. Just think, many readers might be about to make a buy decision for tomorrow. Others, who "came out of the woodwork" may be short the stock and have yet to cover. If the stock runs up, they are in trouble! IMO its getting too close to be trading the stock. A contract announcement and we are in double digits very quickly, accelerated by short covering.
