The retail brokers are smaller independent firms. The tout on DIXS started at about .25. I bought at .28. Don't underestimate their buying power as the promoter will have contact with a bunch of them.But also remember they will not burn their clients by rec. a stock that is extended past its fair value. The tout was that they are positioned to be a major player in the internet job market industry. Most of this is now news as you can see their business plan in their PR's. I can't help but think it will encounter heavy overhead resitance as it gets close to the level that TMEX pumped it to last year. Alot of people looking to get out even there. But what do I know I'm the guy who sold TNRG at .05 and had to buy it back at .065...LOL...
