none of us liked the idea of an "ignore" feature because, among other things, it simply covers up problems instead of fixing them. Who are they kidding? It was really great this evening to come in, see 10 posts on Cisco, open them all at once, scroll though them, and then see 4 "ignore" posts listed at the end, from our thread moron, that I did not have to read. I have queried them about upgrading to this system, so that I would not have to pay for it, but they have "ignored" me!
