I didn't want to post the letter from PJC on this thread because I didn't want to raise unnecessary concern on the issue.
With the permission from PJC, I guess the info would be public info and it is pretty self explaintory.
And here is what I just post on the STEN thread. I hope we can let is rest because the relationship between the three company is pretty clear now.

The press release from PNLK just to announce an acquired of services for Click.
Coincident the STEN was in the progress of buying Click.
The STEN's press release was a surprise (I've checked with PNLK on the same day, they told me that it was a surprise) to PNLK and later on you see the PR from PNLK just to follow up.
Thing didn't work out between the Click and Starnet Consulting.
But that wouldn't affect the relationship btw. Click and PNLK.
