I do not agree that the acquisition must be of a known publicly traded company. What is important is that the acquisition is large enough and in synergy with th other businesses that CGI does in the States. I do agree that CGI is still fighting an uphill battle in the US, but with their financial strength and BCE behind them, they will not fail. It just all takes time.
