Thanks, Peter. My recall is from their work done in their Broadband Labs somewhere in New England, going back to late 96, early 97. At the time, they were even experimenting with dynamically scaleable mixes in speed, if memory serves me correct, at the lower distances I cited, such that they could even do 26 both ways, or for example, 40 down and 12 up. Your information is likely more recent and more relevant than mine, however. Thanks, Frank Coluccio
