Ok, Sarmad, a gap-up open will serve your 600 long shares well!! I checked the Cboe-options and the we have "so so callers".

If we do have a gap-up with low volume at $128, I will limit to sell 100 shares at $128 3/4 and another 75 shares at $130 3/4. If one or both are materialized, then place limit order to buy back 100 shares at $126 to $128(the 10 a.m. coffee break)..then...
Anyway, 3com and Intc will be favorably affected by the IBM/Dell news.
(I bot 300 shares of Coms yesterday so now 600)

p.s. Re-Intc: I wrote(sold) 3 Mar 125 puts with $6 premium, and Mar 140 covered call for $6 plus premium a couple of weeks ago. If Intc moves up from here, I am placing orders to write 4 Mar 125 calls(asking $4 premium) and 3 Feb 125 calls and asking $6+ premium; to hedge the three March 125 puts. Hopefully, it will work.
