Jonathan- I think Travellers bought out the two lesser
investors in the August private placement. I couldn't
find the press release but from memory the numbers seem
right. Travellers IMO is a commited Investor with 22.2
of the companies stock. I'm happy to join them as a
fellow stockholder.
