Actually, I didn't say not to enforce it, I said that enforcement need not be vigorous. I am fine with the idea that it is none of my business what two consenting adults do in private. I only think it becomes my business, frankly, when it is on the street corners or the yellow pages... Yes,actually I do think it is better to drive it underground, for the reasons I have stated. Besides, the legalization of gambling didn't take it out of the hands of the mob, they merely built casinos and started laundering money and skimming profits. what makes you think that the legalization of prostitution would drive out organized crime?
