Andreas, Welcome to the board. I've just glanced at XPRT but it looks like a 30 mil company. It's good because ATVI payed cash, no dilution, or pooling of interests. It's going to fit well with Head Games and ATVI's distribution. They got a good deal IF it goes through, need to see what the % is for the insiders who own shares, float, institutions, etc. I'm sure the individuals who own shares aren't pleased. Alex
