Nice hint KZAP.

The well is located about 5 miles out of Duchesne on Highway 87, which is about 120 miles SE of Salt Lake. It sets about 500 ft. off the road. It has 3 bays for trucks to off load into storage tanks. The high pressure pump to pump down the well is very operational and will pump about 1/2 of the"permitted" barrels per day. It will be very easy to add another pump if they need the capacity. The well is operational ---but---There has been no activity around the well for months. I do not know what the holdup is, but if they ever do start pumping, the income will be pure profit.

"Headquarters" is a house remodeled into offices for an accounting firm. CSMA has an office there and shares the conference room. They have not wasted any money on buildings or offices. Your associates will be very unimpressed.

Centennial Park is on Highway 399 between Hurricane, UT and Fredonia, AZ. It is just East of Colorado City. There are no signs or anything so be careful, if you blink you will miss it. I did when I went to see the facility. I will try to go by there again in mid April.

Any other questions please fell free to PM me. I hope this answered most of the directional questions.

Allen
