This is an email response I got from Patrick Ross

The lawsuit and the royalties are not connected technically...You should check
the latest press release from ANFS the defendant...JNNE is a recipient of
payments from the anfs costco contract through royal west sales..we do not
have standing to bring an action for the delayed payments..Royal west is
negotiating with ANFS to avoid a similar situation to JNNE.

LAWSUIT STATUS we are in discovery now including depositions etc....after that
come settlement conferences and a trial most cases settle before
trial..Settlement could occur at anytime...nothing going on now that I know of
but maybe since it is such a huge event I may not know the timing..PR
