From the details that others have posted, a board member sold 8% of his holdings. That small percentage is not something to worry about, he probably needed a little cash for something. If I remember correctly, there were some long ago posts that reported that S3 board members are only allowed a small window each year to sell shares. I think that it is only once a year for a couple of weeks. If you see all or most of the board members selling, that is probably not a good sign. If you see all or most of the board members buying, that may be a good sign. Anyways, some selling is normal, it is a way for them to convert some of their compensation to cash when needed.
