You wouldn't know a fact if it bit you in the ass. If the company cannot use its authorized shares to make things work, then we, as investors, need to move on to something else. Giving management the right to use the authorized shares came from managemen tthe last time around. RG was a majority shareholder when that was awarded by the so-called majority of shareholders. Since then he's *not a majority shareholder* anymore. Unless somehow he figures into this 30,000,000 share dilution not to mention the previous 30,000,000 share dilution. Come to think of it *what is management's position in regards to its holdings now?* sword
