So, politicians and the high muckety mucks get a pass, and the working stiffs get prosecuted? Have you ever heard of a concept called equal protection under the law? Any law that is not vigorously enforced will be applied unequally, and should be repealed.

The only reason it's on the street corner is because it's illegal. What is in the yellow pages is up to the phone company. If that offends you, then I'm sure they have a complaint line.

I didn't know Howard Hughes was in the mob. Donald J. Trump is a mobster? I'm shocked. The board of directors of MIR? Maybe in the old days of Las Vegas you were correct, but I hardly think the gaming industry is under the thumb of the mob nowadays.

The same forces that got it out of gambling. See above.

Regardless of any tangential arguments on your part, it is clearly a violation of property rights for the gov't to make it illegal. That supercedes any of the petty annoyances you cite in your attempts to legitimize your arguments.
