To all; PLCO...3 things. . . First, with OTC stocks, you BUY the news. . .second, this latest press release is by their NEW PR firm out of NYC, I believe. . .much better writing. The announcement of the company hiring this new PR firm has yet to be released. . .and with the company making .32 cents just this last quarter. . .I would think they will play up the financials more. . .maybe even reporting more often than before.

The third and most important thing is that this latest launch was for their "stale inventory" disposal. The MAIN launch with whatever partners they sign [remember this company has plenty of cash]. . is coming over the next month or so. Also, remember that this last website was active for 2 weeks prior to the company announcement of such.

Remember the OTC is a different animal. . it takes lots of time for people to "discover" a company. Many will be calling the company today about the preferred shares. . . they have trouble [as I first did] believing that they convert into 6 commons later this year [arguably between August and December].

Once again, for the pfd to have a value of 1.50 the commons would need to be at a quarter. With commons at 2.00 bucks the preferred should be at 12.00. I suspect that one day with no notice an MM will come in and race the preferreds up near where they should be now. . .which is probably close to 10 bucks.

So, this is hardly a momo, IMO. . .too many surprises around the corner. . .and news is not leaked ahead of time. . . rather a good old-fashioned swing trade where you win only because you held.
