Do we really want a schizophrenic fellow such as The Swordsman in our midst. Just take a look at his posts over on the Stocks To Own For 1999 thread. He has an extremely volatile personality. One moment he is very positive about TSIG.com the next moment he is very negative about TSIG.com. He is obviously not an investor but a pump and dump daytrader. Of what value is he? I say none. The SEC filings have always shown the share amount authorized. Is it not prudent to believe that one day these shares would be issued and that maybe this should be taken into consideration when evaluating TSIG.com as an investment? Due to our current cash flow situation(one that is rapidly changing)it is necessary for us to use the other two currencies we have available to us here at TSIG.com. One is the PP the other is our stock. I believe in RG and I believe he is using our available currency in the MOST prudent fashion. One great benefit of this so called "dilution" is that it will shake out just the kind of "investor" we truly don't need! Mister Swordsman please go away you really bring no value to this venue. Oh, btw don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out. Regards, David
