MKC, you are clueless....Dell would be buying these things (that they are getting from IBM) from someone anyway...in return, Dell gets to use IBM's R&D department, cutting technologies to get into a whole host of additional market segments (server, storage, etc..)..All big revenue/earnings pieces...Plus, Dell does not have the risk of having to pay for failure(s) in the development process.. Another great Dell move....getting scary to be a short on Dell here...
