The special committee really achieved their goal of doing something about the stock value of STY. I think they got their instructions upside down!!!! You guys were suppose to INCREASE the value NOT DECREASE it!!!! It's now very close to the book value and it does not make any sense. Even if I'm loosing on this stock I'm wondering if I should heavily short it to get back my investment? Just a thought !
