Andrew,
His name is Paul Henry not Harvy & he's paid 10k mo. to be investor relations. When most people are doing DD they want to know the share structure of the co they are checking out. This is a common inquiry(especially for otc-bb co.'s), & I find it very hard to believe he had no idea what the correct current outstanding & float number's are.
Only off by 33mil. Why can't that info be gotten from TSIG's T/A?
