Shawn, As you know from my e-mail, I have serious doubts about this company as performing serious business. But I had decided recently that on this thread I was only going to pose meaningful questions and facts. I respect your position Shawn because it does seem you have done your research and know what is in the 10SB, but still want to invest in the company. That's great. I am still trying to learn why others are bullish given that they seem unable to post any meaningful facts about the company, other than stating they've filed a form 10SB, and have a web page. Hardly a reason to invest in this company. And unlike you, several here have chosen to attack any messenger that raises the slightest doubt or posts serious facts (e.g., the number of outstanding shares). Anyway, I still have not taken any financial position in this company of any form prefering to watch as the story unfolds. I am certain I will learn a great deal. Good luck to you Shawn, David
