Dear Mike,

Again obviously I can't give you any information that isn't public. What I can tell you is that we will be doing a financing (we don't have Reg's in Canada), consisting of a mix of debt and equity. Globex shareholders will have some dilution but the net benefit will, we hope, be a significant increase in share price which will far outstrip the dilutive effect. Remember also that Globex has reserves on these properties and much ongoing work which we hope will result in Globex having production from sites other than Tonkin.

As a matter of interest you might want to look at U.S. Gold on the Silicon Net. It is full of misinformation.
