Oral arguments have not been scheduled yet according to the CCO PR folks. The Court proceedings have been dragging it appears to me. I was a little surprised that the PR people were only mildly impressed by the OGJ Article of Feb 8th. Perhaps they did not appreciate being out of the loop since they were not even aware of the article before it was published. In any case, Dick Buttenheim says that they are waiting to announce the scheduling of the oral arguments as soon as any information becomes available.
