Thanks, Nick. After I posted, I found the same fax waiting for me at work. Ross just reported earnings and I don't think I'm exaggerating in saying they are an unmitigated disaster. A loss of $35 million. The company reports an "immediate" need for cash to continue operations. They will hear from Fujitsu by Feb. 28th. If Fujutsu pulls the plug, these guys are out of business. The conference call later this monrning oughta be a lotta laughs. Good luck, everyone. It's gonna be very, very ugly. - Peter Bernhardt
