About time they looked at reality, she don't have the money to pay
for the plans, even if the present plan was put in place she still would only have half of what's needed. I doubt, with her book value
being so low that she could even get junk bond rating.
She will liklety have to make an offering to sell more shares,
and may do so before she is taken over..

There will be some hype about Disney getting into this field..but
if thery do they will lose money too..unless they go BYOA..cheap !
but the suckers will buy on the hype..long term MCI and AT&T..and
Sprint are the only ones who will be left standing in this ISP,
to the public at flat rates, along with the little ISPs..

People just need to look at the cost of running an ISP to see
that at 19.95 it is cost, or even below..bandwith is not free
and the incoming ph lines cost even more..you can't just say you
will put in more modems..it's not that simple.
