Stock Bull....FTC would be unlikely to get involved in IBM handing its PC biz to Dell... Dell going from 9% to 17% is not a big deal.. Look at a number of other industries for clues...Compaq already has 17% of the market...you don't see FTC/DOJ trying to break them up, do you? Now, Office Depot, Staples...that WAS a big deal... But, as we all know, IBM is not handing its PC biz to Dell here...at least, not yet...
