Shalom and all who Love the Lord: I posted a couple of weeks ago asking for prayer for 29 year old Shannon who, upon discovering she was pregnant, was also diagnosed with cancer. Shannon had surgery last week and the initial reports after surgery were very encouraging. It was thought she had a highly treatable form of cancer and it looked very positive that she could carry her baby. Today we got the sad news that Shannon is suffering from Melanoma. Shalom, in light of Tony's diagnosis of melanoma, you probably have a special insight to what Shannon and her family and friends are going through now. Please keep Shannon in your prayers. May the Lord heal both Shannon and Tony of this terrible disease. Trusting in the Lord, Tom
