Actually, you're begging the question. I have made several points where zoning is prohibitive, whimsical, arbitrary and often just plain stupid. I oppose zoning laws. I support sectioning off portions of town for commercial, industrial and residential. But that is the extent of it. That doesn't infringe on property rights, because you buy in with the knowledge of what your rights are.
