TouchStone Software Corp. would like to apologize to all of our
customers who have encountered difficulty in communicating with
us during the upgrade of our technical support department and
internet services. We encountered some obstacles during this time
which made these projects take longer than we anticipated and
we understand that this caused a temporary inconvenience to our
valued customers. Please accept our deepest apologies for this
inconvenience and we hope that you will find our services back to
the high standards that you have grown to expect from
TouchStone Software Corporation through the years.
