Made a couple of calls today. I encourage anybody who wants to verify what I heard to call Ron Harrington's office at 1-801-571-8844 or CFG at 1-888-301-6271. Ron's secretary told me the number outstanding is 14,491,715. I did not ask for the number in the float (or the number of restricted shares). Talked to Kevin at CFG and he told me they are hoping to release audited numbers for this quarter in April but it may be difficult because of tax season. However, he did tell me they were ahead of all the projections they have made.
