Discussions and meetings are ongoing with various groups regarding both projects. But as I have said before, until we see some strength in the commodity markets it is very difficult to find a solid partner. However, management continues to seek joint venture partners/financing and it will just be a waiting game. Patience as they say is a virtue and investment in KMC requires patience. It should be considered a longer term hold. Regards Maureen
