These calculations are based on the assumption that every single one of AMER's current customers are using 10 hours a month and will continue to do so. In fact, about 90% of AMERs customers are using 5 hours a month or less. Your calculation only applies to the 10% or so of "hardcore cyber junkies" who use more than the 5 hours they get for 9.95.
