JHG, this quasi-merger is a direct threat to both CPQ and HWP on their home turf. I look for accelerating market share gains in the enterprise segment. This is the kind of news I have been waiting for from Dell because this is an initiative that adds a tremendous amount of potential growth to the company. I don't mean to imply that I anticipated this particular move (I certainly did not), only that I was looking for a move by Dell to leverage its expertise -- and this alliance clearly does all of that. I think it is a brilliant strategic move by both companies. It's a bit early for me to start thinking in terms of incremental sales, but Gabriel Dubois and John Rosser probably have that all figured out by now <VBG>. TTFN, CTC
